Scope: Constructive LLC has developed technology that will remake the masonry industry. Constructive’s technology makes it possible to prefabricate masonry structures-walls, arches, corners, even whole buildings. Built in the factory under ideal conditions using modern manufacturing techniques, these elements can be made in advance, then be transported to a jobsite for erection when and as needed, all without any changes to or departures from current building codes or engineering specifications for the structure. This proprietary technology is a “means and methods” that will be used in residential, commercial and industrial applications. It will have a major impact on the masonry and precast construction industry.

Conclusion: Fortress Carbon Fiber was chosen for its yield to ratio stiffness that keeps the masonry sections in tack during payload.
